Abstract This study aimed to identify talent management, which is talent planning, talent attraction, talent retention, talent succession, and its impact on increasing organizational confidence among employees of the General Electricity Company, Gharian branch. It also aimed to identify the level of organizational confidence for company employees. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study population consisted of (750) workers. A random sample of middle management employees was selected, which amounted to (254) individuals. The primary data was collected using a questionnaire form and then distributed to the sample members. To analyze the data, the researcher used Statistical Package for the Human Sciences ( SPSS ) The study reached several results, the most important of which were: 1- There is a moral impact on talent management in its four areas in increasing organizational confidence.
