The results obtained in this study showed that the diagnostics ELISA over the accuracy of the samples were examined microscopically. The study showed that the percentage of the presence of the parasite E. histolytica when conducting ELISA test (5.6%) and the proportion of the presence of the parasite G. lamblia when conducting ELISA test (10.0%) compare with the results obtained at the time of the (100%) negative microscopic examination test.
