On the other hand, e-commerce serves to conduct business with the help of telecommunications-centric instruments. It refers to the exchange of organizational data, the preservation of business relationships and the performance of operational transactions through telecommunication systems. E-commerce takes place through the Internet, digital platforms and common software technologies for the exchange of data on goods and services, as well as other information that is needed for communication with everyone in the chain of economic activities.
