The provision of monetary incentives and rewards was authorized by Legislation No. 15, which was passed in 2009. rewards were limited to the following categories: family rewards, delegation incentives, overtime incentives, teaching incentives, scholarship incentives, and study course incentives. Furthermore, the Act provided approval for the payment of incentives in addition to the basic income in order to distinguish particular roles.
