According to Law No. 15, all sectors of the state have been compensated equally since 1981. This has been the case since 1981. The minimum pay for basic workers in Libya is 3,180 dinars per year. The provision of monetary incentives and rewards was authorized by Legislation No. 15, which was passed in 2009. rewards were limited to the following categories: family rewards, delegation incentives, overtime incentives, teaching incentives, scholarship incentives, and study course incentives. Furthermore, the Act provided approval for the payment of incentives in addition to the basic income in order to distinguish particular roles.
This study examines the effects of financial and moral incentives on employee performance in public universities in Libya and the moderating role of age in these relationships. The data obtained from 400 participants selected through convenience sampling method were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in order to validate the research model and test the hypotheses
