Hepatitis B virus(hepadna virus), is a small, enveloped DNA virus with several unusual properties as specifically, the genome is a small, circular, partly double stranded DNA virus of only 3200 bases, and although a DNA virus, it encodes a reverse transcriptase a replicates through an RNA intermediate (8). The virion 42nm, double shelled particle originally called( Dane particle). The core contains the virus DNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase, protein kinas, ribonuclease and a P protein attached to the genome, all of which surrounded by the hepatitis B core antigen (HBcAg) and an envelope containing the glycoprotein hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) (8).
