| dc.description.abstract | This study examines the effect of digital leadership on knowledge sharing and organizational agility within Libya’s ICT sector, an area increasingly critical to the nation’s digital transformation efforts. Employing a quantitative, explanatory research design, data were collected through 400 distributed questionnaires, of which 230 valid responses were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study utilized descriptive, correlational, and regression analyses to evaluate the relationships among the variables. Results revealed that digital leadership exerts a significant positive influence on both knowledge sharing (r = 0.878; R² = 0.770) and organizational agility (r = 0.855; R² = 0.731). These findings demonstrate that leaders who effectively integrate digital tools, encourage collaboration, and foster trust contribute to improved knowledge flow and enhanced adaptive capacity. | |
