الوصف
Results: A549, Beas-2B, and MCF-7 cells treated with endoplasmic reticulum stress inducers overexpress GRP78 and GRP94. PD-L1 and HLA-G were also expressed in these cells under these conditions. GRP94 was upregulated when in cells in which GRP78 had been silenced and vice versa upregulated GRP78 was observed in cells in which GRP94 expression had been silenced. Silencing of GRP78 or GRP94 was negatively associated with PD-L1 cellular levels in A549 and MCF-7 cells treated with Tg, whereas GRP78 or GRP94 positively associated with PD-L1 cellular levels in A549 and MCF-7
