Resistance to technology within organizations is one of the most important issues today and still has the attention of researchers. The organization Community Partnership for Child Development has more than 2,500 volunteers, which is why it needs to create an improved communication process between the large number of volunteers and the organization. Social media such as Facebook and Twitter is the link between the organization and its volunteers to create a harmonious environment. However, the problem according to the management is the unwillingness of volunteers to use these means of communication.
