The color changes and physico-chemical characterization(elemental analysis , FT-IR, UV-Vis , conductivity) support formulation of the resultant conducting polymers and co-polymers. The wt.% contents of organic materials found to be dependent on the nature of the monomers and the comonomers., as well as on the type of the inorganic composite. Electrical conductivity of extracted polyaniline, poly indole, poly imidazole, poly carbazole and their polyaniline copolymers composites, found to be in the range of semiconductors. Beneficial properties of the resultant nanocomposites can be considered as novel conducting materials, ion exchangers, solid acid catalyst and as sensors.
