dc.description.abstract | Since the beginning of 2011, the Arab region has witnessed numerous instances of unrest after decades of political and security stability. Subsequently, armed conflicts broke out in some of these countries, with the most significant occurring in Libya. Even though Islamic Sharia law is still preferable in the Arab regions because its provisions reject violence and call for peace, it is still important to develop a concept and a legal basis to resolve armed conflicts in general and internal armed conflicts in particular. | |
