comprehensive framework for addressing internal armed conflicts in Libya, aligning with Islamic and international law. Thus, this research has significantly contributed to enhancing the literary accumulation of previous literature by deepening the understanding of Islamic principles in mechanisms for settling internal armed conflicts and providing comparative field studies between international law and Islamic law. A proposed scenario integrating legal and legitimate mechanisms for settling armed conflicts in Libya was also developed.
