This study is devoted to discussing the Future Translation between Human and Machine Translation. Which aims at finding out the adequacy of machine translation in the transfer of messages from one language into a other language, It also investigates the potential benefits of interaction and cooperation between human translator and the machine to produce translations between natural languages. The hypothesis of this study is based on stating that the new technology (machine translation) threatens the livelihood of the translator and changes the relationship between the translator and the text .To prove this hypothesis, Vinay ModalS Cited in Munday (2001: 56 ) will be used for a comparison that will be
made between both human and machine translations. As the theoretical frame of the reference for this study. The practical part is based on the translation of sentences extracted from the novel “ Tale of Two Cities,” by Charles Dickens (1859) translated by Muneer Albaalbki (2oo6).The sentences are chosen according to different types of translation techniques and have been analyzed to prove that sometimes machine translation fails to convey the correct meaning of certain sentences because it doesn't understand the meaning of all documents. Consequently, machine translation does

not threaten the translators' job, since it is still known to be not reliable.
