The main elements at the center of the principle of the organization's agility are; information technologies, processes and people. Internet technologies increase the value of information because it covers both internal and external limits of the organization. In addition, internet technology plays the role of a communication line in ensuring the flow of data from or from any human, machine, internal or external sources. This capacity is shaped by taking advantage of the strategic, fast and adaptable management style of human resources and the virtual organizational structure based on information technologies. Because virtual organizations focus only on basic skills that create value, hardly imitate by competitors and create competitive advantage. Since the boundaries of this type of organization do not exist in one place, the most important issue is to ensure trust. Trust requires agile qualifications in employees.
