As all business organizations in Libya ( public, private- into products or services) are facing numerous challenges as a result of rapid and continuous changes which render traditional management along with its operations and tools unable to be competitive, this study is an analytical study of LIDCO to determine the impact of the strategic factors on improvement of evaluation effectiveness of LIDCO management performance using SWOT in conjunction with following criteria : (Total Quality Management Criteria, Quality Performance Criteria and Competitive Position Criteria).
Through interviewing LIDCO employees of different levels, and review of project monthly reports, in addition to a questionnaire to have maximum number of their points of view.
