| dc.description | Mobile communication is the most important technology in the telecommunication industry because of its great features like providing access to users at anytime and anywhere in the world. Communication everywhere, with everybody, and at any time was the dream and goal of researchers, engineers and users, since the advent of the first wireless communication systems. Many evolutions in the technology as digitalization of communication systems, enormous progress in microelectronics, computers and software technology, the invention of efficient algorithms and procedures for compression, security and processing of all kinds of signals, as well as the development of flexible communication protocols have all helped to reach that goal. Today, technologies are available that enable the realization of high-performance and cost-effective communication systems for many application areas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | It is very desirable to monitor a place ( as a store ) regarding smoke or fire and controlling that by doing the appropriate action remotely . The problem is how to get an alarm and video image showing that fire or smoke from the camera which is monitoring that place and how to activate a Fire extinguishing system while you are so far from that place . The existing infrastructure of mobile network which supports the third generation can be used to carry the alarm and the video image from the monitored place to user’s mobile at anywhere to take the appropriate action and carry the control signals from the user’s mobile to the monitored place | |
