The study successfully established a link between employee engagement and its constituents—rewards and remuneration, work environment culture, knowledge management, learning capacity, and mentorship—and their collective impact on organisational performance. Utilising SPSS and PLS-SEM for analysis, the findings confirmed the acceptance of all hypotheses, demonstrating the significant influence of each variable on employee engagement and project management success. Furthermore, a noteworthy association between organisational success and employee engagement was identified.In today's dynamic business environment, the challenge extends beyond merely retaining talented individuals; it revolves around fully engaging employees and capturing their minds and hearts throughout their professional journey.
