Excluding Oceania, every continent is affected by this neglected tropical disease, which impacts nearly a hundred countries across Asia, Latin America, southern Europe, and northeastern Africa(Alvar et al., 2012). The most common form, cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL), is a neglected tropical and subtropical skin condition of significant public health concern. It is characterized by skin lesions that may lead to blistering, permanent scarring, disfigurement, and social stigma(Gabriel et al., 2019; Hay & Asiedu, 2018).LEARNING MODELS FOR CUTANEOUS LEISHMANIAASSESSMENT OF DEEP LEARNING MODELS FOR CUTANEOUS LEISHMANIA PARASITE DIAGNOSIS USING MICROSCOPIC IMAGES
