The study showed that the percentage of the presence of the parasite E. histolytica when conducting ELISA test (5.6%) and the proportion of the presence of the parasite G. lamblia when conducting ELISA test (10.0%) compare with the results obtained at the time of the (100%) negative microscopic examination test. The Entamoeba species and Giardia species of parasites preliminary be the cause of diarrhea in hospitals in children and infants, and difficult diagnostic laboratory for these parasites .Hence the importance of this study, which aims to compare the two methods for the diagnosis of this topic parasites, which microscopic examination verses enzyme assays immunity (ELISA). Children’s Hospital in Tripoli, ranging in age from 1 month to 60 months, and continued this study for a period of 3 months (June to August 2012) where then collect 250 stool samples way random to children suffering from diarrhea, and detection method used in this study was by ELISA test. The results obtained in this study showed that the diagnostics ELISA over the accuracy of the samples were examined microscopically.microscopic examination method versus enzyme immune assays (EIA)techinique for detectionThe use of microscopic examination method versus enzyme immune assays (EIA)techinique for detection of gairdia species and entamoeba species in children hospital in ,tripoli - libya
