The organization must be able to offer a safe, comfortable and complex workplace. Studies show that the workplace and the environment can influence physical and mental work as well as employee satisfaction. However, there is little empirical research into the relationship between the workplace and the health and wellbeing of workers. This study examines the impact of workplace design on the health and wellbeing of people who work for a large Libyan govemment organization. The study has a causal relationship with employee health and well-being as dependent variables and with workplace design factors as independent variables.
