The research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The research population consisted of administrative leaders in the company, where questionnaires were distributed to all members, and a substantial number of valid responses were obtained for analysis. The results revealed that the level of sustainable administrative leadership dimensions and crisis management was high. A positive correlation was found between most dimensions and crisis management, except for organizational justice, which showed no significant effect. The findings also indicated that the impact of leadership dimensions on crisis management varied, with cohesive diversity, work–life balance, employee development, and progress orientation having the strongest influence, while organizational justice had a limited effect. Based on these findings, the research recommends strengthening cohesive diversity, promoting work–life balance, investing in employee development, enhancing innovation and progress orientation, and reviewing organizational justice practices. It also emphasizes integrating these dimensions into crisis management strategies and conducting further research to explore additional influencing factors.
