However, procedural justice did not have a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, all three dimensions of organizational justice (distributive, procedural, and interactional) positively influenced organizational trust. Distributive justice and interactional justice significantly affected trust in coworkers and managers, while procedural justice did not have a significant impact on trust in coworkers or managers. These findings underscore the interconnected nature of organizational justice, job satisfaction, and trust within the organizational context. In summary, this study provides valuable insights into the relationship between organizational justice, job satisfaction, and trust. It emphasizes the significance of these factors in enhancing employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. By understanding these relationships, organizations can work towards creating an environment that promotes fairness, job satisfaction, and trust among their employees.ABSTRACT The study examined the relationship between organizational justice, organizational trust, and job satisfaction among administrative employees at Elmergib University. It found that job satisfaction acts as a mediator between organizational justice and organizational trust. The dimensions of organizational justice, including distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, were found to influence job satisfaction, which in turn impacted trust in the organization, coworkers, and managers. The study emphasized the importance of fairness perceptions within the organization, as they influenced both job satisfaction and organizational trust.
