The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. To achieve the study's objectives, (200) questionnaires were distributed to employees, of which (184) were retrieved, representing a recovery rate of (92%). After reviewing the questionnaires, (32) were found to be invalid for analysis due to incompleteness or inaccuracy.
