Aims: The aim of this study is to evaluate and to provide data about the treatment efficacy`s of two chemotherapies (including Folfox and Xelox) that are frequently used in the oncology department of Tripoli University Hospital (TUH) in Tripoli, Libya, to treat patients with colorectal cancer.يعد السرطان الخبيث للقولون والمستقيم رابع أكثر أنواع السرطانات شيو ًعا في العالم، حيث يتم تشخيص سنويا 3.1 مليون حالة جديدة ويصل معدل الانتشار لهذا السرطان على مدى خمس سنوات إلى 2.3 مليون، ومؤخرا أكدت الأبحاث العلمية أنه أصبح ثاني أكثر أنواع السرطانات . ويعتبر العلاج الكيماوي من بين أكثر العلاجات استعمالا لهذا المرض ً شيوعا وانتشارا عالمياً الخبيث. لذلك كان سرطان القولون والمستقيم هدف هذه الدراسة وكذلك تقييم السمية والأثار الجانبية لنوعان من العلاج الكيمائي زيلوكس وفولفوكس (Folfox and Xelox (الأكثر استخداما في قسم الأورام في المستشفى الجامعي طرابلس، ليبيا.The influence of Xelox and Folfox on colorectal cancer patients in Tripoli Medical Center Hospital’Tripoli
