A detailed application study of the use of PLC in industry is done in “The Abu Kammash Chemical Complex”. In this study, we give the details necessary to understand the application. A devised control scheme is also developed, and a control strategy is provided after many visits to the process, also a control program is written and reviewed. Finally, the program is executed on the simulator of Siemens step7- S300.Nowadays, control problems are solved using operating components from a wide variety of technologies: electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics. Functionality, reliability and price of the controlled system are deter-mined by the quality of the solution made.وحدة إنتاج (VCM)
