This part also analyzes the results of the mutual relations between the concepts of the means and that of use (individuals, construction). To justify the use of the theory of structure as the theoretical basis for this study, the analysis of the study results explains the theoretical approaches between Giddens' vision in the analysis of the phenomenon of construction of social systems and the use of ICT in the construction of companies' organizational systems.ABSTRACT Numerous studies have dealt with the effects of the uses of information and communication technologies (ICT) in companies and, in this case, the extent of their organizational changes. It should be noted that these studies have tended to approach each technical means separately, in order to know the advantages and determine the effects of the uses. This present work aims to study the effects of the use of the intranet in the formation of internal communication to build the organizational structure of the Petroleum Golf Company (SPGL) in Libya. Given that institutions and companies are small societies which depend on individuals, interactions and communication between their members, the theoretical framework of this study is situated in the context of sociology aimed at explaining the phenomenon of communication between these actors. Therefore, the study was based on the theory of structuring by Anthony Giddens, an integral part of the field of sociology which explains the ability of individuals to build their organizational structures through their daily practice. The study related studies and theoretical visions which support the concepts of the theory of structure within the framework of the uses of ICT in the companies while being based on two concepts namely the individuals (use) and construction. According to the theory of structuring, individuals have the capacity to realize their social structures. In this perspective, the study explains the role of individuals in the construction of their organizational structures using the intranet based on the concepts of theory and highlighted by many studies which have used it in the study of technology in institutions.Keywords: Internal communication, intranet, structuring, ICT.
