Through the study sample, contracting companies in the city of Tripoli, the study showed that the effectiveness of the training provided for employees, it was large, reaching 73%. By analyzing the simple linear regression to determine the impact of self-learning motivation on the effectiveness of the training provided to workers in projects in Libya, it is clear that there is an effect of self-learning motivation on the effectiveness of training provided to workers in projects in Libya, and this effect was High impact, and therefore this indicates that the effectiveness of training depends on the quality and motivation of self-learning among employees.In order for these projects to be implemented with high efficiency, this requires the presence of a qualified cadre from the project team. If the members of the project team lack the required competencies, a training plan can be developed as part of the project. Motivation for self-learning is an indicator that directs training towards the right direction. So that the efficiency and good performance of workers can be achieved. The existence of motivation for self-learning may help increase the effectiveness of training and thus increase the knowledge and skills of project workers, and increase the efficiency of projects.
