Some argue that BIM is more of a tool for storing and sharing building information. The process of developing a building model is another view of BIM. BIM stands for Building Information Modelling. It is a digital representation of a building's physical and functional characteristics [2]. BIM is a comprehensive process that involves the creation and management of digital models of a building's physical and functional properties. These models are used for design, construction, and operation throughout the building's lifecycle. Overall, BIM enhances collaboration, reduces errors and rework, improves project efficiency, and supports informed decision-making throughout the building's lifecycle [3]. It has become a standard practice in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry due to its abilityBuilding is an industry that is one of the fundamental pillars of the economy. The most cooperative kind of economic activity is commerce that takes place across national borders. It involves a wide variety of stakeholders, such as real estate developers, professionals, academics, contractors, workers, and government officials, and it encompasses all aspects of major infrastructure and real estate development as well as repairs and alterations to existing structures. In addition, it includes the development of new real estate properties. This industry has a lower rate of productivity as compared to other industries, which is mostly the result of poor planning, coordination, and communication between project stakeholders. Because of this, the research will investigate the degree to which the utilization of BIM technologies in the construction sector has contributed to an increase in the industry's overall rate of productivity.USING BUILDING INFORMATION MODELINGIMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS USING BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING
