A conspicuous illustration of this disruption is the widespread temporary closure of educational institutions. In response to this crisis, traditional face-to-face classes have transitioned abruptly to online formats, giving rise to a new era of remote learning where lectures, lessons, and all educational activities are conducted through digital platforms.The global recognition of the significance of incorporating E-learning into educational practices has increased in recent years. Libya, especially its institutions, has also started acknowledging the concept of E-learning as a vital instructional tool. Nevertheless, the recognition and application of E-learning in Libyan higher education establishments, including the University of Tripoli Alahlia, are relatively recent, mainly prompted by the COVID-19 epidemic.
