Some results indicated, for example, that the educational level had a positive effect on quality management practices, while it did not affect the quality of knowledge sharing in (LA'SR). Likewise, the participants' age group did not positively affect the two measures. This study provides insight into the impact of the quality of knowledge sharing on TQM practices in a specific research institution in a challenging environment. The study emphasizes the importance of avoiding shortcomings, and the recommendations presented in the study aim to improve the effectiveness of knowledge exchange between all categories of workers in LA'SR and create new methods for developing it. The most prominent of which is the establishment of a department specialized in knowledge quality and strengthening its relationship and cooperation with Total Quality Management to achieve its goals and objectives effectively.ABSTRACT This study examines the relationship between the quality of knowledge sharing and the perception of total quality management in the Libyan Scientific Research Organization. The research perspective is deductive, and the study mainly uses quantitative methods due to Libya's time, budget, and difficult social and political context. Questionnaires were used to collect data due to their suitability to the Libyan environment and feasibility within the study's limitations. The questionnaires were designed to fit the specific context of LA'SR based on tools developed by previous scholars. The study results indicate a generally distinct statistically significant relationship between the eight sub-dimensions of TQM (Leadership, Vision, Measurement, Control, Quality, Employee, Reward and Learning) and the quality of knowledge sharing in (LA'SR).
