Researchers have discovered that various aluminum alloys exhibit distinct levels of surface roughness, burr formation, and tool wear during drilling [4]. Other studies have used Multi-Walled Carbon Nano Tubes (MWCNT) and cerium oxide particles [5] and show that adding these reinforcements to the surface composites makes them much stronger. Also, super-hydrophobic coatings have been tested on aluminum alloys [6].Aluminum-based composites are very popular because they are light, strong, and can be used in many ways in the automotive, marine, and aerospace industries. A lot of work has gone into figuring out how to make these composites stronger, less likely to break, and better able to handle mechanical stress. These efforts have led to the creation of new composite materials and processing methods that are much better than the old ones that were made from one piece. One of these methods is called Friction Stir Processing (FSP), and it looks like it might be able to make surface composites that are stronger and last longer. Recently, researchers have studied the machinability of Al5083-H111/SiC surface composites made with FSP; were harder and less likely to wear down [1]. Researchers have also tried to make Al5083 matrix composites with SiC particles as reinforcements using both squeeze casting and stir casting [2].THE FATIGUE, WEAR AND CORROSIONINVESTIGATION OF THE FATIGUE, WEAR AND CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF ROLLED AND T6 AGED AL5083
