knowledge and the rise of his scholarly standing. This is apparent in the strong
critical analytical method he employed in his Hashiyah. This research provides a
scientific contribution to scholars in the field of textual criticism, particularly in
manuscripts of Maliki jurisprudence, as well as to researchers studying the chapters
of the Jurisprudence of Worship (Fiqh al-Ibadat) contained in the first part, which
has been authenticated and made accessible for review. By authenticating the first
part of this thesis, the door is opened for further discussion and research into the
jurisprudence of Imam At-Tawudi, who held the leadership of the Maliki school
during that period, through a rigorous academic discussion of his jurisprudential
views.
