implementing the Lean Six sigma is currently not possible due to few obstacles such as the lack of experience and resources. As a result, few recommendations were proposed to increase the current performance of the quality system and prevent the ongoing issues. However, the Company has expressed interest in drafting future plans of how to go forward in order to resolve these issues and focus on the quality standards.
