This research aimed to identify the elements of building the agenda in the Libyan government channels and their relationship to the prioritization of issues among the public, the research has been applied in the light of the theory of prioritization The research has relied on the interview guide tool applied to a sample of those in charge of contacting Libyan government channels consisting of (20) single and the questionnaire tool by applying to a sample of (400) individual from the audience following these channels.
