Abstract The aim of the thesis was to identify the obstacles facing Jumhouria Bank when applying the electronic bank. Obstacles related to the human competencies of the bank, obstacles related to management's interest, obstacles related to the culture of electronic banking. Where the study relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect the study data, and a sample of the study population was chosen in a deliberate manner, the size of which was (200) single. 170) questionnaire, and the statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data contained in the questionnaire, and several results were reached, the most important of which are: There are obstacles to the application of the comprehensive electronic bank, and these obstacles are: a- Legal and legislative obstacles related to the provision of comprehensive electronic banking service b- Weakness of the technical and infrastructure of the bank necessary to develop and provide the electronic banking service c - Weak human competencies of the bank in providing and applying the comprehensive electronic banking service d - The administration's lack of interest in the universal electronic bank e - The weakness of the electronic banking culture and its impact on the application of the electronic bank
