These results reflected the great effects of root inoculation with B. subtilis on wheat plant growth and productivity. On the molecular level, wheat root inoculation with B. subtilis resulted in increasing expression of the gene conferring calcium dependant protein kinase (CDPKs) rather than the presence of a new band of (CDPKs) in the inoculated plants, but it was absent in non inoculated ones. This membranous protein acts as a secondary messenger for signaling transduction and thus plays an important role in the organization of cells physiology. Moreover, the gene conferring phosphoenol pyruvate carboxilase (PEPCs) increased as response for barley root inoculation with B. subtilis. Phosphoenol pyruvate carboxilase (PEPCs) has an important role in photosynthesis and the increase of this gene expression increased photosynthesis and thus plant growth. Finally, the expression of the gene conferring proline-5 carboxylate synthetase (P5CS) increased as response for wheat root inoculation with B. subtilis. This protein confers the concentration of proline which acts as osmolite and improving the plant tolerance for abiotic stress. Commonly, the root inoculation with B. subtilis changes the rate of expression of several genes
