Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), particularly through the implementation of ISO 45001:2018, is crucial for improving safety performance in the construction industry. OSH aims to enhance workplace safety by analyzing incidents and injuries and providing guidelines to mitigate risks, thereby protecting workers and boosting productivity (Kawiana et al., 2018). Despite the introduction of various safety regulations and guidelines, the construction industry's safety record remains concerning globally. This sector, which employs about 7% of the world's workforce, accounts for more than 100,000 deaths
