The Objective of this research is to find the critical success factors affecting of the
project management and the quality projects management, to identify the
importance and the impact of these factors on the success of project, and quality
Management in the construction companies and consulting offices in Tripoli-
Libyan.
The study was confine to a limited sample of construction companies and
consulting offices in Tripoli- Libyan due to the current situation in Libya that led
to the suspension of companies and engineering offices from work.
In an attempt to break the usual pattern of methods of collecting information of
Companies, the researcher used electronic survey method.
The methodology of the study was bases on the analytical descriptive approach; it
was adopts in the formulation of its input on primary sources,
It was a field study supported by tested Search in (8) construction Companies and
consulting offices, through applied on a sample of (60) manager, engineer and
project manager, as one of the sectors vital and important that play a major role in
the advancement of Libyan infrastructure under the current circumstances, with a
recovery rate of (92%) based on the statistical analysis using the( SPSS ) program
for a package of analyzes and descriptive statistical methods.
The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact on the success of
project management in the construction companies and consulting offices in
Tripoli- Libyan, respectively, the factors related to( senior management, project
financing, project type, the organization, project team), And three critical factors
on the success of quality management of projects (planning, insurance,
Implementation Monitoring).
Also concluded that there are significant differences in the ranking in terms of
influence between the senior management, the institution, the project, the project
financing, the project team, the customers, the external factors, the groups of the
planning processes, Successful project quality management.
The most important recommendations of this study that the organizations should
