ABSTRACT The present research experimentally investigated the impact of environmental accounting disclosure on investment decisions with a special review on corporate reputation using Legitimacy and stakeholder theories. It examines the impact of environmental disclosure on three dependent variables (investment decisions, corporate reputation and financial performance) in the context of Libya. The primary source used to collect the essential data is a questionnaire designed toensure a comprehensive retrieval of relevant data.
