Private or public businesses, in order to continue existing, are required to maintain a high level of performance in order to meet the requirements of the competitive circumstances that exist in the era in which we now reside. When both the company and its workers are seen as a single entity that cannot be separated from one another, it becomes clear that the amount of individual success that each person achieves is one of the most critical factors that determines the performance of the organization. In other words, the capacity of businesses to achieve their objectives and develop a competitive advantage in their respective industries
