dc.description | Hyperlipedemic and cardio vesicular disease is a global health problem with individuals around the world suffering from hyperlipedemic. Coriander possesses numerous bioactive compounds which are of therapeutically significance. This study was undertaken to explore the combining of the coriander seeds in managing hyperlepdemic using albino mice as model. Extracts of coriander seeds, 100g powder of coriander seeds and dissolved in 1L of distilled water, were prepared and were 0.5ml and 1ml orally daily doses. To determine the optimal safe dose limit of extract, mice were given extract (1ml) over 10 days. Albino mice were given 0.5ml of coconut oil over 10 days (in single daily dose) to cause hyperlipidemic in lipid profile. In two groups, extracts of coriander seeds were 0,5ml and 1ml orally administered in induced hyperlipedemic albino mice over 10 days (in single daily dose) after hyperlipedmic profile by given 0.5ml coconut oil with a single daily dose. In another two groups the coriander extract uses as | |
