Role of computational models and three dimension molecular modelling is to increase prediction based on existing knowledge, Computational methods are playing increasingly larger and more important role in drug discovery and development of drug industry. They are expected to limit and focus chemical synthesis and biological testing and thereby greatly decrease traditional resource requirements. Understanding and study of three dimension modelling of biomolecular given us solution of:
The objectives of the study are create or identify novel molecules( HIV drug therapy) have ability to treatment viruses ( HIV-1) by bind and inhibition specific target ( HIV -1 reverse transcriptase ) enzyme responsible of production viruses in human body and estimate a biological optimum response depends on three dimension structure of molecules and docking strategies using autodock software to explore (binding mode), binding energy and interactions with RT proteins (HIV drug targets) to prevent and inhibit ( HIV -1 viruses ) in human body Computational methods are playing increasingly larger and more important role in drug discovery and development of drug industry. Investment of time, money, human and other resources.
