E-learning plays an important role in the spread of knowledge because of the great development in information technology and the spread of the Internet. Recent years have seen the attention of information technology smart systems in the development of the concept of e-learning and despite the efficiency of computer-based training systems CBT and Computer Assisted Instruction CAI in helping learners, However, they do not offer individual attention to the student as in face to face learning system. The present study aimed at adapting intelligent learning to support creative thinking and its role in developing and improving creative thinking among students. The interest in human resources has become a necessary necessity for the progress and advancement of modern societies Each society seeks to direct its human resources to better orient and invest its children's best investment potential. Among the elements of society are distinct individuals with innovative characteristics that are evident in their higher levels of performance than those of their ordinary readers. Many studies confirm that most creative students have received considerable attention from the family and the educational environment in which they live and have not met their needs or innovations. The study also aimed to pay attention to this category that carries these characteristics or features of the creators and develop their creative abilities and improve their skills. The e-learning has played an important role in improving and raising the level of this category Thesis study and analysis the characteristics of intelligence and creative students and the link between them in the educational environment for more information using e-learning technology and neural network technology to make the adaptive system helps these students to develop and improve the e-learning strategy Occasion The study sample consisted of (180) students, randomly selected in two groups; the first studied mathematics using the strategy of brainstorming, and the second studied the same subject with the strategy of self-education The results of the study showed that the strategy of brainstorming has a clear effect on improving the level of students with characteristics of creative thinking. The study also showed statistically significant differences between strategies in developing thinking skills in favor of brainstorming strategy.
