| dc.description | The effective and efficient implementation of the projects of telecommunication sector is extremely important to support the state’s strategy in providing services to the citizens, but we see that projects are being implemented without compliance to obvious scientific methodologies or practices, without alignment of strategic projects, inadequacy of applying the modern project management systems and insufficiency in following- up the projects properly the matter which resulted in the extension of time schedules and exceeding the costs. For these reasons, and then develop an EPMO model to enhance LPTIC group ssuccess chances. | |
