In recentyears,researchontheoscillatoryandasymptoticbehaviorofdifferen-
tial equationshassignificantlyexpandedduetoitsessentialroleinmodeling
phenomena acrossvariousfieldssuchasphysics,biology,andengineering.This
thesis contributestothestudyoffunctionaldifferentialequations,withapartic-
ular focusonthird-orderdifferentialequationswithdelays,especiallyneutral
differential equations.Theprimaryobjectiveistodevelopnewcriteriaforde-
termining theoscillationandasymptoticpropertiesoftheseequationsunder
different conditions.
