The study aims to pay attention to the context and deal with it as an independent theory and make it a basic rule in the process of interpreting and clarifying the hadiths and the effects under study as the first tributary to stand on the meanings and reach their rulings and purposes.
As for the approach used by the researcher in this study, it is the descriptive and analytical approach through selecting the witness, clarifying the intended topic of the study, and trying to explain it according to the context in which it came, and confirming that with verses from the Holy Qur’an and sometimes citing Arab poetry and scholars’ sayings whenever possible.
