In this thesis, the system related to the underwater communication system is defined, information about the parameters affecting the communication is given and the theoretical analyzes such as the behavior of the underwater environment is presented. The simulation work is performed for these parameters in the simulation environment. The most recent studies is evaluated and comments and analyzes is presented.
