Nowadays, there is huge interest in DTV; hence DVB plays an important role in the establishment of DTV throughout the entire world. Different standards for Digital TV Broadcasting are created by European Telecommunication Standard Institute (ETSI). These standards specify how to combine several services as radio and TV channels in a so called multiplex. This is important for receiving the signal from satellite, cable or terrestrial transmitters [2]. As well as, DVB standards contain rules for how the signals are to be distributed over three kinds of distribution media: DVB-S (Satellite), DVB-C (Cable) and DVB-T (Terrestrial). In addition to DVB-H (Handheld), which is based on DVB-T but designed for bringing broadcast services to mobile handsets serves. Accordingly, DVB-T system is the most complex system. However this
