| dc.description | The COI sequences revealed that the ACR+MO-NPs group and the treatment group (ACR/MO-NPs) had the lowest distance value (0.007). This refers to Nano's improvement effect, which decreases ACR's effects. ACR, a harmful chemical, can damage organs by decreasing antioxidant activity and oxidative stress. A study found that nanoparticles from M. oleifera leaf extract can protect rats' liver, kidneys, testicles, and blood cells from ACR damage by decreasing inflammation and reducing oxidative stress. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Acrylamide (ACR), a synthetic, odorless, white crystalline solid chemical substance, finds widespread use. It is primarily utilized to create polyacrylamides, which are frequently used in the plastics, paint, glue, and cosmetics industries. It has been hypothesized to be a genotoxic, neurotoxic, and carcinogenic agent (Pingot et al., 2013 and Attri et al., 2023). In rodents and other animals, it has been shown to cause oxidative stress, genotoxicity, neurotoxicity, carcinogenicity, developmental abnormalities, and reproductive toxicity (Tareke et al., 2002 and Fan et al., 2023). | |
