| dc.description | Summary of the Thesis This is a thesis presented for the doctorate in Islamic law entitled ("The combination of elders and its impact on the hadith of modern novels)" And this topic is a section of the science of the sciences of the Hadeeth, which is the fruit of the hadith and the most accurate, and it examines a method of novel hadeeth unconventional and followed by some of the narrated The two classifiers, in which he has renounced the right body to hear, endure, and perform the hadeeth, and his understanding to tell the group of hadith on different grounds, tell him about them Rao, and gather all on the attribution of one of those arguments, and does not show the difference between them, and this method resulted in many ills were the reason for the reply of many novels In the wound of the one who used it, that they did not master the novel by plural so they made mistakes and confused. -The research came in an introduction, three Parts and a finale. -The introduction addressed the subject of the study, the reasons for the selection of the topic, the previous studies, the difficulties encountered in writing, the research methodology, and its plan. -The first title (combining sheikhs and endoscopy): it has made it to lay the bases and bases in terms of the concept of combining the elders, its types and images, its causes, and its wisdom, and that was in four chapters. -Title II (the combination of elders and its relationship with other modern sciences): it dealt with the relationship between the elders and the rest of the modern sciences, and that was in eight chapters. -Title III (the combination of elders and its effect on the novel and narrated), which dealt with the flags of novels and the defamation of the narrated by the combination of elders, as well as the use of scientists for the method of combining sheikhs for scientific purposes. -Conclusion: The main findings and recommendations were included, then the technical indexes of the atlas. -The approach that I am pleased with in this study is the inductive analytical approach, through the collection of material that concerns the theoretical study of its perceived and written the term hadeeth, the commentary of Hadith, the books of the ills and men and the wound and the amendment, and then try to establish rules and regulations by statement the concept of the right plural and its types and reasons, and then by a statement of its relationship with other modern sciences and then by the statement of the critics of the novels that were narrated by the combination of sheikhs and the wounding of their rowes, as well as the use of Imams for this method in the novel and classification. -As I tried to strike a balance between theoretical and applied study, I also enclosed with each part a theory of what is supported and evidenced by the examples applied | |
| dc.description.abstract | مستخلص فهذه أطروحة مقدمة لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في الشريعة الإسلامية بعنوان ((الجمع بين الشيوخ وأثره في إعلال الروايات الحديثية)) وهذا الموضوع هو قسم من أقسام علم العلل الذي هو ثمرة علوم الحديث وأدقها, وهو يدرس طريقة من طرق رواية الحديث الغير تقليدية والتي اتبعها بعض الرواة والمصنفين, وفيها عدول عن الهيئة الصحيحة لسماع الحديث وتحمله وأدائه, ومفهومه أن يرويَ جماعة الحديث بأسانيد مختلفة، فيرويه عنهم راو، فيجمع الكُل على إسناد واحد من تلك الأسانيد، ولا يُبين الاختلاف بينهم, وقد نتج عن هذه الطريقة علل كثيرة كانت سببا في رد روايات كثيرة, وأيضا في جرح من استعملها, ذلك أنهم لم يتقنوا الرواية بالجمع فغلطوا وخلطوا. وجاء البحث في مقدمة وثلاثة أبواب وخاتمة. *أما المقدمة فتناولت فيها موضوعَ الدراسة, وأسبابَ اختيار الموضوع, والدراساتِ السابقةَ, والصعوباتِ التي واجهتني أثناء الكتابة, ومنهجَ البحث, وخطتَه. *البابُ الأول وعنوانه (الجمع بين الشيوخ التقعيد والتنظير): وقد جعلته لوضع القواعد والأسس من حيث بيان مفهوم الجمع بين الشيوخ, وأنواعه وصوره, وأسبابه, وحكمه, وكان ذلك في أربعة فصول. *الباب الثاني وعنوانه (الجمع بين الشيوخ وعلاقته بعلوم الحديث الأخرى): وقد تناولت فيه العلاقة بين الجمع بين الشيوخ وبقية أنواع علوم الحديث, وكان ذلك في ثمانية فصول. * الباب الثالث وعنوانه (الجمع بين الشيوخ وأثره على الرواية والرواة), وقد تناولت فيه إعلال الروايات وتجريح الرواة بسبب الجمع بين الشيوخ, وكذا استعمالات العلماء لطريقة الجمع بين الشيوخ لأغراض علمية. *الخاتمة: وتضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات, ثم الفهارس الفنية للأطروحة. - أما المنهج الذي سرت عليه في هذه الدراسة فهو المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي, وذلك من خلال جمع المادة التي تخص الدراسة النظرية من مظانها المعتبرة وهي كتب مصطلح الحديث, وشروح الحديث, وكتب العلل والرجال والجرح والتعديل, ثم محاولة وضع القواعد والضوابط ببيان مفهوم الجمع الصحيح وأنواعه وأسبابه, ثم ببيان علاقته بعلوم الحديث الأخرى ثم ببيان جوانب إعلال النقاد للروايات التي رويت بالجمع بين الشيوخ وجرح رواتها, وكذا استعمالات الأئمة لهذه الطريقة في الرواية والتصنيف. - كما حاولت عمل توازن بين الدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية, كما أنني أرفقت مع كل جزئية نظرية ما يدعمها ويدلل عليها من الأمثلة التطبيقية. | |
